Florida Keys is Charley Harper’s 1990 poster for The Wilderness Society, made after the group’s South Florida project took on water quality and land protection across the Keys. No pun caption turns up with the print, so the picture carries the argument: a subtropical chain of islands, reef, and wildlife reduced to his flats and hard edges. It sits with the conservation posters he made for parks and nature groups, a field guide to a place that is mostly water. Printed on a cotton-polyester canvas with a proprietary coating that holds the color and detail, it sits in an FSC-certified pinewood frame in multiple sizes and four finishes, with sawtooth hanging hardware already attached.
