Refund policy

All Sales Are Final – No Returns or Exchanges for Change of Mind                        At Charley Harper LLC, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size, color preference, buyer's remorse, or any other non-quality-related issues. All purchases are considered final upon completion of the transaction.

Exceptions for Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged, significantly different from product photos, or has print quality issues, is defective, or is the wrong item, we will gladly replace it (at our discretion) when the item is in stock, or refund otherwise.

  • You must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order (from the delivery date shown on your tracking information).
  • Submit clear photos and/or preferably video showing the damage, defect, poor condition, or incorrect item immediately upon opening the package. We strongly recommend documenting (photographing or videoing) the unopened package and the product as you open it to support your claim.
  • Do not dispose of the original packaging or the item until we resolve the issue.

To submit a claim:

  1. Contact us via email at info@charleyharperofficial.com with your order number, photos/videos, and a brief description of the issue.
  2. We will review your submission and respond promptly (typically within 1-2 business days).
  3. If approved, we will provide instructions for next steps (e.g., replacement shipping or refund processing).

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Replacements will be sent at no additional cost to you.

Important Notes

  • We cannot process claims submitted after the 3-day window or without sufficient proof (photos/videos).
  • This policy does not affect your statutory rights for defective or damaged goods under applicable US consumer protection laws.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any claim if the issue appears to result from misuse, improper handling after delivery, or failure to follow care instructions.
