Production & Processing Each piece in the Charley Harper collection is made to order with care. Please allow 1–7 business days for your order to be prepared before it ships.
Estimated Delivery
- United States: 3–10 business days after shipment
- International: 10–20 business days after shipment
Delivery windows are estimates and may vary based on your location and carrier availability.
Shipping Carriers Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL.
Order Tracking As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your piece on its way to you.
Multiple Items Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate shipments, as different pieces require longer production times. You'll receive individual tracking numbers for each package — at no additional shipping cost to you.
International Orders We're proud to ship worldwide. Please note that international customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon delivery.
Damaged or Lost Orders We stand behind every order. If your piece arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please reach out to us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will resolve it promptly.
